When I started my Real Estate career back in 1989 selling 54 homes in my first 12 months, I knew this was what I would be doing for a long time! Now, over 30 years later…I love it even more. I have had the benefit of working through several up and down markets through multiple recessions. What I have learned is, if you keep your head down and just do the best for your clients, it will all work out for all parties involved. 

I have been blessed with the opportunity to start and Manage the fastest growing Real Estate company in Orange County during the middle of my career. This gave me a chance to apply my knowledge of selling homes in high volume over my career to teach new Real Estate Agents what they needed to know to be successful. Since that time, one of the Agents went on to co-own a very successful Real Estate company in Orange County. The company I helped originate and Manage, has since been sold to a national Real Estate company. 

I started my career working with mostly first time Buyers & Sellers and since have been working with all levels of Clients. From $40,000 condo’s to Multi-Million Dollar Estates. I have worked through Probate, Short Sale, Foreclosure and Standard Real Estate transactions. I have also counseled and assisted my Clients in the Leasing of their property as well. I take great pride in keeping my Clients informed throughout the entire process of Buying or Selling.

Although I can not give Legal or Tax advice, I have trusted professionals available to answer those questions for my clients. This is my way of making sure my Clients can make a truly educated decision on what’s best in their particular situation.
